Then join us at Amazon Leo.Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. We are looking for a talented individual to lead Latam Consumer Partnerships – ranging from distribution, product and service bundles and strategic partnerships. As one of our key team members, you will be responsible for develop and manage partnerships, including contract negotiations, customer experience, business performance and end-to-end operations with partners across Latin America.The successful candidate will be both entrepreneurial and highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization and be adept at understanding how fixed broadband businesses work. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technologically savvy with a proven track record of leading new initiatives, especially in consumer related products and services.Amazon Leo's success requires leaders who are owners, and who possess the entrepreneurial spirit needed to create new products. Our leaders solve complex problems and get things done.This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.Key job responsibilities1.Engage in business development efforts and contract negotiations required to launch and scale Amazon Leo services2.Support partner onboarding, developing operating plans, strategy and demand forecasts3.Deliver comprehensive written strategies, considering different types of inputs across a broad range of stakeholders4.Prepare detailed business cases for new opportunities5.Partner with legal, finance, tax and regulatory stakeholders to solve local business challenges6.Develop and maintain executive-level reports, meeting business goals and delivering a delightful customer experienceAbout the teamOur team puts a high value on work-life balance. We offer flexibility in working hours and encourage you to find your own balance between your work and personal lives.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level- Experience driving new business segment or services launches- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements- 5+ years of program or project management experience, or a MBA and 3+ years of program or project management experience
