Senior Product AnalystThe RoleWe are looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil, working closely with local and global product managers, engineering squads, and other Solera country stakeholders, to deliver added value solutions into the global Solera claims management platform that is being deployed worldwide to Solera's customers.What You'll DoGain in-depth level of understanding on the assigned product(s), including personas and use casesAlign with Solera's Demand Management process in order to prioritize features with the highest value within Quarterly plannings and Sprint planningsWork side-by-side with Product Managment to align on backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and roll-out of owned featuresAnalyzing customer needs and conduct brainstorming sessions to extract the requirements, desired workflows and outcomesWrite clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to guide development efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with the team, including Developers, QA, Professional Services, and Scrum Master to deliver valuable product increments by driving the epics and user-stories definition and participating to the agile ceremoniesDevelop product documentation such as user guides and release notes to help the Solera countries understand better the new functionalities of the product and how to enable / release themTrack and analyze product performance metrics (usage Analytics) driving data-based decisionsWhat you will bringAt least 3 year of product owner, product manager, or business analyst experience with B2B web applications / platformsExperience in automotive life cycle or related industry (claims and / or automotive parts experience valued)Strong written and communication skills in Portuguese and EnglishExperience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirementsProblem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through data and customers/stakeholders' insightsExcellent communication and team skills, can communicate requirements and goals efficiently to technical and non-technical teams involvedExperience with Agile Scrum process along with Backlog Management and Wiki systems such as Jira and ConfluenceBachelors degree or equivalent experience#LI-MG1
