Join to apply for the Technical Writer Mid-Level Remote Brazil role at NetvagasAs a Technical Writer, you will be key in ensuring clarity and accessibility in our product documents and user guides.Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely will be essential in empowering our clients to fully utilize and understand our PAM (Privileged Access Management) products.Join us in our mission to provide top-notch cybersecurity solutions and become an integral part of our team dedicated to safeguarding organizations most critical assetsResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and maintain technical documentation independently, aligned with product strategies and development cycles;Translate complex technical requirements and concepts into clear and accessible content using information architecture best practices (e.g., Diátaxis);Develop and organize a wide range of technical documents such as manuals, installation guides, API reference docs, tutorials, release notes, etc., adapting content for different audiences (end users, developers, sysadmins);Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, refinements) and test features alongside technical teams to anticipate and validate documentation needs;Conduct peer reviews with other technical writers to ensure consistency and standardization across documentation from different products and squads;Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and effective communication;Keep documentation repositories organized and up to date using version control and collaboration tools;Help evolve internal writing standards, style guides, and best practices;Suggest and drive continuous improvements in documentation based on feedback from internal stakeholders (Support, Product, CS) and external users;Support other teams in the creation of user-focused and technically accurate documentation.Qualifications (must Have)Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communication, Journalism, Engineering, Linguistics, or related fields;Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, producing software-related content, or documentation for technology companies;Excellent written communication skills in both English and Portuguese, with a focus on clarity, precision, and consistency;Experience with markup languages such as Markdown.Familiarity with documentation frameworks such as Diátaxis;Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail;Fluency in English (reading, writing, and technical communication).Nice To HaveBackground working with cybersecurity products;Basic understanding of REST APIs and tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, or curl;Familiarity with translation and localization processes for technical content.BenefitsHiring Model: CLTHealth Plan (No co-participation)Meal vouchers (R$ 1,100.00/month)Home office allowance (R$100.00/month)WellhubBirthday Day OffEnglish classesAccess to ALURA (technical and personal/professional development courses)Equipment needed to carry out the activitiesFully remote position, with opportunities to visit the office in São Paulo when possible/wantedSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing, Public Relations, and Writing/EditingIndustriesHuman Resources ServicesGet notified about new Technical Writer jobs in Brazil.#J-18808-Ljbffr
