KQ RH, in partnership with a world-leading multinational company, is creating a modern technology center in Brazil, which will serve as the strategic hub to support all the company's global units.Join this innovative team and help transform the future of technologyHighlights of this positionLocation: Indaiatuba/SP – Remote work modelLanguage requirement: English fluency (B2/C1 mandatory)SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:The IT Infrastructure System Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, installing, maintaining, and upgrading the company's infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery planning.This role is strategic in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of corporate environments — whether on Windows or Linux platforms, depending on the professional's technical expertise.RESPONSIBILITIES:Research, evaluate, and recommend hardware and software such as servers, storage solutions (SAN/NAS), and backup software.Provide support for corporate servers in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.Design, configure, and upgrade server and storage environments.Assist in advanced troubleshooting, backup, and archiving solutions.Identify, diagnose, and resolve connectivity, reliability, or performance issues.Work within and help manage defined IT processes and procedures, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.Work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making ability.Consult with senior colleagues on medium to high-complexity projects.Assist in overseeing key activities of individual contributors, ensuring task completion and achievement of departmental goals.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience Fluent English (spoken and written) required.Experience and Technical Knowledge Solid experience in server support, preferably Windows Server ****, ****, and ****.Experience in managing virtual environments (VMware and Hyper-V).Hands-on experience in managing, designing, configuring, and upgrading backup solutions.Extensive experience in managing, designing, configuring, and upgrading storage solutions.Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange environments.Experience supporting Linux servers.Experience in automated corporate patch management and software deployment.Knowledge and application of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.Prior experience in reference laboratories or regulated/controlled environments.Basic knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell or Python).Experience with automation platforms (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).Experience with Active Directory, domain management, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).Experience with Windows Deployment Services.Knowledge of reference laboratory operations and processes is a plus.High level of proficiency in PC software tools, including the MS Office suite and project management tools (MS Project is an advantage).ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Location: Indaiatuba/SPAdvanced and/or fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves working with international teamsWork Model: RemoteContract type: CLT (Brazilian labor law employment contract)#LI-Remote
