Job Description:We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Director of Motion Design to lead the visual direction of our projects and develop innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in UI abstractions, data visualization, illustrative graphics, and motion/animation for SaaS products.They will be responsible for creating standout work, directing a team of designers/animators, and delivering high-quality outputs across every project.Interpret ambiguous briefs and create creative solutionsPitch and present concepts to clientsGuide stakeholders toward bold yet clear visual directionsCollaborate with UX and web design teams to integrate graphics and motion into site designsRequired Skills and Qualifications:The successful candidate will have:5+ years of experience in graphic design & motion design, with strong B2B SaaS product experienceA proven ability to lead creative direction and set visual standards across teams and projectsA strong understanding of design systems and branding expertiseBenefits:As a member of our team, you'll enjoy:A collaborative and creative work environmentOpportunities to shape and grow our graphic and motion design practiceDirect impact on clients' success through your design storytellingWhat We're Looking For:We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating innovative and engaging visual experiences.If you're a creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
