Backend Engineer OpportunitiesWe are seeking skilled professionals to join our Backend Engineering team.Avenue Code is a leading end-to-end development consultancy for digital transformation.We believe that great results are born from strong relationships and technical expertise.The team works in a modern, container-based, microservices environment built primarily in Golang, using Kafka, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL at scale.You will design, build, and maintain Golang-based microservices, develop RESTful APIs, work with event-driven systems, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Design, Build, and Maintain Golang-Based Microservices: Develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions.Develop and Integrate RESTful APIs: Create secure, well-documented APIs for data exchange.Work with Event-Driven Systems and Streaming Architectures: Design and implement real-time data processing pipelines.Manage Containerized Deployments Using Kubernetes and Docker: Ensure smooth deployment and scaling of applications.Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders Across Teams: Foster open communication and collaboration for successful project outcomes.Requirements:5+ years of professional backend development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Golang.Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend microservices.Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.Nice to Have Skills:Experience integrating with ERP systems.Familiarity with API standards and tools.Knowledge of distributed systems and security best practices.
