Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled FBS Finance Analyst to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in IT cost allocations and financial reporting.Develop the annual budget for IT services and obtain sign-off by budget owners;Prepare cost allocations to business units for IT services and assigned financial reports;Monitor expenditures for assigned services, ensuring compliance with corporate policies;Identify ways to automate processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy;Review financial implications of new system initiatives and prepare financial analysis reports in support of new projects;Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related field;Proficiency in English (interviews will be in English);Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration;Intermediate skills in Accounting, Forecasting, Management Presentation, SAP, and Excel;What We Offer:Competitive compensation package;Career development and training opportunities;Flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based);Dynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally renowned group;Benefits may differ based on employee level.
