The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Domain Architect - Applications Middleware, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, Remote, in the city of Belo Horizonte.Job Description:The Domain Architect – Application and Middleware is primarily responsible for defining, supervising and evolving the architecture of applications and middleware in critical environments. Its mission will be to align strategic business needs with modern, resilient and scalable solutions, promoting homogeneous integration between core applications (ERP, mobile, automation, operation) and middleware platforms (ESB, API Management, messaging, OT/IT integration in mining). The role requires global collaborative action, directly with technical stakeholders of operations in Brazil and Canada, considering regulatory, technological and security requirements for highly critical and distributed environments.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain domain architectural blueprints for applications and middleware, including architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and governance frameworks.Conduct technical assessments, solution modeling, validation of integration requirements and support DevSecOps, Data, Operations and Business squads.Lead the selection, implementation, and evolution of mission-critical middleware platforms (ESB, API Gateway, Message Brokers, iPaaS, Automation).Drive modernization initiatives: cloud-native apps, containers, serverless, scalability, CI/CD automation, and API-first standards.Ensure adherence to security policies, monitoring, resilience and local/global compliance – including LGPD, GDPR, PIPEDA, SOX.Orchestrate efficient integration between legacy and modern systems, promoting microservices-oriented architecture, events, and open APIs.Act as a technical reference for the architecture of critical corporate applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, industrial systems, mobile/IoT).Support migrations to public and hybrid cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), participating in the choice of tools (middleware, API management, observability, automation).Produce and maintain detailed documentation, promoting reuse, good practices and training of local and international teams.Foster technological innovation, implementing POCs and continuous benchmarking to adapt the best global trends to the context of mining and operations.Participate in global forums, technical communities, events and selection processes for strategic suppliers.Requirements and CompetenciesEssential Requirements (Hard Skills)Higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas.Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in distributed application architecture and middleware platforms (including integration and automation).Mastery of modern architecture patterns: SOA, Event-Driven, Microservices, API-first, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code automation.Proven experience in large mining, energy, industry, utilities or multinational companies.Proficiência em plataformas middleware: IBM Integration Bus, MuleSoft, Tibco, Azure Integration Services, Red Hat Fuse, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Apigee/API Gateway, etc.Expertise em cloud platforms: Azure (preferencial), AWS e GCP, cloud migration/hybrid, containers e automação (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).History with ERP systems, industrial/SCADA/IoT systems, messaging, BPM, ETL and complex integrations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Mobile).Advanced skills in documentation, modeling (UML, BPMN, ArchiMate), integration drawings (Ex: Sequence Diagrams, Logical Data Flows).Fluent English (oral and written – requirement for Canada-Brazil work), Spanish and/or French are differentials.Soft SkillsTechnical leadership, influence, consensus building between multidisciplinary and multinational teams.Analytical and strategic capacity seeking practical, scalable and secure solutions to global challenges.Clear communication with stakeholders at different levels and cultures (technology, operation, business, global leadership).Adaptability to the regulatory context of both countries, orientation to continuous improvement.Autonomy, proactivity, collaboration and focus on delivering real value to operations.Differentials / Nice to Have:Certificações: Azure Solutions Architect, MuleSoft/IBM/Tibco Professional, RedHat Middleware, TOGAF, PMP, Scrum Master.Experience with OT/IT integration, critical systems in mining 4.0, digital twins, remote automation, edge/fog computing.Practical experience with cybersecurity standards (NIST, ISA/IEC *****), observability/metrics, SRE.Previous experience in global projects , mining, steel or oil & gas.Participation in open innovation projects, global technical communities, publications, international events.Expected Skills & Deliverables, Impact:Clear and robust reference architectures for all , Brazil and Canada middleware application domains.Efficient, resilient, and secure integration of critical systems, promoting automation, monitoring, and innovation in operational flows.Migration of on-prem applications to hybrid cloud, redesign of API-oriented integrations and microservices.Documentation of standards, integration policies, manuals, templates and training of technical teams.Ensuring compliance, performance, scalability, and governance in mission-critical environments.Acting as a transformation agent, guiding
