Promotions Coordinator supporting corporate clients of Evolution plays a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of promotional activities and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and increase revenues.
Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative thinking will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives and the achievement of business objectives.Main Responsibilities:Coordinating promotional activities and cooperating with all involved internal departments and clientsActive client consultancy on promotional activities and projects (verbal and written)Organization and roll-out of promotional campaigns according to clients' requestsDeveloping new promotion concepts and ideasProducing and analyzing promotional reports / collaborating with the data teamConstant evaluation of promotion campaigns to improve efficiencyAnalyzing competitor activity related to Live Casino and Slots promotionsAssisting the Promotions Manager with daily tasksSourcing and procurement of studio decorationsCreating studio decorations and interior design elements using various materialsDecorating gaming floors for special eventsTracking inventory and maintaining order in storage spacesQualifications:Strong interest and passion for online casino and online gaming productsAdvanced English and Spanish skills (both spoken and written); knowledge of Portuguese is a plusPrevious experience in Promotions and/or marketing is advantageousGood knowledge of MS Excel and general computer skillsData-driven, detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skillsGood multitasking and stress management skillsFlexible working hours
