Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, including maintaining datasource, building data dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization.2.
Monitor the operational health of warehousing, develop frameworks and processes to improve efficiency, and provide optimization suggestions for business processes, labor performance, capacity planning and so on.3.
Provide data support for projects, assisting warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments in smooth business operations.4.
Support ad-hoc data tasks to meet business needs.Job Requirements1.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.2.
At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis.3.
Proficient in SQL, data tools (such as Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis skills, with a solid understanding of analytical methodologies.
Responsible for business-related data extraction, analysis, and optimization strategies.4.
English proficiency for workplace communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.5.
Strong ability to work under pressure and a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to various data analysis requirements and scenarios.
