Responsibilities
Share Corteva strategies with RCs, ensure correct implementation of campaigns and business tools, and develop technical, management, and customer focus skills.
Ensure execution of the Sell Out plan by channel and product, proposing demand generation actions and campaigns involving DMM/Agronomy areas.
Business Management:
Support the construction and co-support the KAM in executing PINC.
Define the client portfolio for each RC, setting qualitative and quantitative objectives focusing on strategic products.
Establish a governance plan for planned actions within the client portfolio.
Manage the channel portfolio, directing actions to grow customer share and user base.
Manage actions with influencers in the territory alongside the Agronomy/DMM team.
Manage pricing at the point of sale:
Ensure execution of campaigns and offers in the territory.
Proactively act with channels and peer areas on pricing deviations at the point of sale.
RC Management

Requirements
5 years of experience in the distribution market (Crop).
Experience in managing people (Representatives).
Skills in commercial management/negotiation.
Client portfolio management.
Degree in Agronomy.
Advanced technical knowledge of the Crop portfolio, preferably in soy, corn, sorghum, and beans cultures.
Knowledge of MS Office and data management.
