In this role, you will support our operations team in Brazil across Product & Community Operations.
This is a unique opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of managing a global live service game with over 100 million downloads, from gathering insights that drive product improvements to building strong player communities.
Responsibilities Support the team in analyzing player behavior, feedback, and in-game data to help guide product decisions and live updates.
Assist in creating and running initiatives that engage our community, from online campaigns to grassroots activities.
Collaborate with local content creators and streamers, helping to activate campaigns that grow the player base.
Contribute to adapting content and campaigns for the Brazil market, ensuring cultural accuracy and local relevance.
Requirements Passion for video games or esports Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Interest in product operations, community building, and digital marketing.
Ability to work remotely with an international team.
