About the JobWe are looking for an experienced developer to join our team, focusing on building scalable and highly available backend systems.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and automated deployment workflows.Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain highly available and scalable backend systems and APIsLead DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline management, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestrationImplement and maintain infrastructure as code using TerraformWork closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve existing systemsEnsure disaster recovery readiness and compliance with security best practicesRequired Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of professional experience in functional programming, with Node.js / JavaScriptProven experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native environmentsDeep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and DockerExpertise with AWS (S3, RDS, EventBridge, SQS, DMS, Security Groups, IAM, VPCs, ECR)Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflowsFamiliarity with Terraform (infrastructure as code)Solid understanding of application security and use of security toolsNice to Have Skills:Experience with automated database migrations and versioningBackground in API integration and distribution systemsFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools
