About the RoleCNH Industrial is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.We are passionate about bringing Innovation, Sustainability, and Productivity to all that we do.Our team forms part of a diverse and inclusive workplace, focused on empowering customers to grow, and build, a better world through our core brands.In Precision Technology, we make iron smarter.Our team members deliver innovative solutions helping our customers to be more productive, save time, lower costs, and to operate sustainably.We develop solutions that solve challenges for customers around the world.From vehicle displays, application controls, steering solutions, digital services, and telematics, to fully autonomous driverless technology.Key Responsibilities:Analyzing business situations using Statistical and AI/ML models for the credit and collections.Providing data-driven solutions to stakeholders within the business by utilizing various digital tools available within CNH Capital.Performing ad hoc analyses of systems, issues, and problems as well as researching new technologies for risk mitigation.Working with IT to create/improve and maintain structured data, perform data maintenance and management, and consult on best practices for data retention.Presenting results in high-quality fashion and acceptable format for management, peer, and audit reviews.Validating and monitoring risk tools and their application in underwriting, collection, or other user areas.Maintaining records of procedures and results.Requirements:A master's or bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline or related fields (e.g. Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science etc.).Experience working in Azure Databricks and/or SAS, AWS, Python and other software languages.Experience in data querying dashboard development.Experience in building presentations for delivering results to stakeholders.
