We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and oversee the endpoint management team.The role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in automation, efficiency, and compliance.The team will be responsible for maintaining and securing 600+ corporate devices across the organization.This includes overseeing maintenance, patching, and compliance using NinjaOne.Additionally, the team will drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scale.They will also have a deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineersOversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for 600+ endpointsDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual processesEnsure endpoints meet compliance requirementsDevelop and implement endpoint security policiesManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issuesCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processesCollaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesMonitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvementsCoordinate patch management cycles**Required Skills & Qualifications:**2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similarDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExperience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO *****, GDPR, CCPA)Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentMust be able to read and speak fluently in English
