We're seeking an experienced software developer to lead the design and implementation of our core platform.This is a pivotal role for someone with 5+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise environments, who can leverage their expertise in React.js and other languages like Golang, Node.js, or Java.The ideal candidate will play a foundational role in shaping our AI-native future by building, implementing, and maintaining front-end applications, APIs, services, and distributed systems.Responsibilities include:Front-End Development: Build scalable, secure, and modern codebases using cloud-native best practices.Back-End Architecture & Development: Design and implement APIs, services, and distributed systems that integrate seamlessly with AI models.AI Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to embed models, embeddings, and agent services into back-end systems.System Modernization: Transform legacy workflows into efficient, secure, and scalable codebases.Security & Compliance: Partner with security leaders to ensure all services adhere to stringent utility-sector regulations.Agile Delivery: Deliver features and improvements in cycles measured in weeks.Required skills include:Excellent English communication skillsStrong proficiency in React, Python, and either Golang, Node.js, or JavaDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving teamsBasics of AI/ML tooling (e.g., calling APIs, integrating model outputs)Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues, and distributed architecturesCloud-native engineering experience
