Senior Software Engineer React NativeLocation : Brazil(Remote)The Senior Software Engineer React Native needs to help design and develop software using React Native for the Pluto TV app running on multiple platforms Website iOS Android Fire TV Stick and web based CTVs like Samsung Hisense Vizio and LG.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop connected TV mobile and web app features using React NativeUsing Test Driven Development principles build unit tests and automated functional tests using tools like Playwright WebDriver API and AppiumWrite clean maintainable sharable and efficient cross platform shared code with appropriate abstraction layers to accommodate the nuances of multiple platformsCollaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new featuresContinuously discover evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to maximize development efficiencyEnsure high performance quality and responsiveness of applications in various devices with both high and low performance hardwareIdentify and correct process bottlenecks fix bugs and maintain CICD pipeline automation using NX Monorepo GitHub Actions Terraform Helm and HarnessHelp maintain code quality code organization and test automatization through regular updates to app packages and refactoring of code.QualificationsApproximately 5 years of developing Smart TV and mobileweb applicationsAt least 2 years of cross platform React Native development experienceProficient in TypeScriptStrong experience with building React Native apps on TV devices Android TV tvOS web based CTVsStrong experience with performance optimization on low power devicesStrong experience with Zu stand RTK Query Recoil or similar state management librariesStrong experience consuming REST APIs in desktop and mobile appsStrong experience with Git JIRA and Agile development methodologiesStrong experience with unit testing and continuous integrationCICD with GitHub Actions and similar platformsStrong problem solving and debugging skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a teamBS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experienceNice to havesExperience with Amazon Kepler Vega OSExperience with Firebase integrationExperience with Data Dog integrationExperience working with React for Web apps using Node Bun backend Next JS HapiExperience working with monorepo architectures especially NXExperience building automated testingExperience with Reanimated or other animation librariesHave lead experience on React Native projectsHave experience on other native TV platforms like TVOS or Android TVHow to Apply / ContactEmail:WhatsApp:
