Senior UX/UI DesignerAbout Us:Olly Olly is a leader in digital marketing, specializing in local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization.We empower small businesses to dominate their local markets through bespoke marketing services and a powerful SaaS platform.This platform helps clients manage their social media, protect their online presence, and gain deep insights through reports and heatmaps.We're a high-growth company with an obsession for quality.Our internal teams are built for rapid, high-quality production, consistently launching new, fully-optimized client websites at a pace that sets us apart.The RoleWe're hiring a top-tier designer to revolutionize the visual and functional foundation of this critical product.A Quick Note: This role is not on our SaaS product team.It's a high-impact creative role focused on our client-facing web experiences and our main corporate brand.The MissionWe're looking for a UX/UI visionary to spearhead the design and define the standard of excellence for our client web division.Your primary responsibility will be to design and conceptualize a new portfolio of jaw-dropping, industry-leading web experiences.These designs will set the creative benchmark for all our client projects, ensuring they are not only visually stunning but also powerful, high-converting tools.You will be the lead architect of our client-facing web experience, directly influencing the conversion rates and brand perception of thousands of small businesses, as well as maintaining the polished look of our own corporate site.Key Responsibilities:Scalable Theme Architecture: Spearhead the end-to-end design of a modular, scalable, and highly customizable website theme system.Visual Excellence & Conversion: Create a portfolio of visually diverse, industry-leading themes that are modern, professional, and tailored to our clients' industries.SEO & Performance by Design: Integrate SEO best practices, site speed principles, and accessibility standards into the core of the theme system.Production-First Thinking: Design themes that are intuitive for our internal teams through a flexible and powerful system of modular blocks and layout options.Company Website Ownership: Maintain and elevate our main corporate website.Design and implement new features, high-impact landing pages, and improvements that reinforce our position as an industry leader.Required Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a heavy focus on web design.A world-class portfolio that demonstrates experience building scalable design systems, multi-site, multi-brand, or theme-based web design.Evidence of conversion-centered design (CRO) and data-driven decisions.Expert-level proficiency in Figma and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS.Mastery of user-centered design (UCD), responsive design, typography, and color theory.What You'll Love About Working Here:100% remote work/life balance with a set schedule.Generous PTO and U.S. holidays.Growth-oriented culture where your contributions make a tangible difference.
