Role OverviewAs a Key Account Manager (Sales Supervisor), you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key distributors and retail partners in São Paulo. You'll lead regional sales efforts, support field teams, and ensure the successful execution of commercial strategies to grow itel's footprint in Brazil. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet regional goalsManage relationships with key accounts, including distributors and retail chainsSupervise and support field sales teams to ensure performance and alignment with goalsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedbackCollaborate with marketing and trade teams to execute promotional campaignsAnalyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior leadershipEnsure product availability and inventory management across channelsIdentify new business opportunities and support brand expansion initiatives RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in mobile or consumer electronicsProven success in managing client relationships and achieving sales goals.Strong leadership and team coordination skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsAvailability to travel within Brazil as neededFluency in Portuguese; English proficiency is a strong advantage
