It's focused on senior-level product experience design - the kind of work where judgment, clarity, and good decisions matter.This role is well suited to someone who:enjoys focused, high-impact work,may already have other professional commitments,and values collaborating with a small, international team on meaningful product problems. You'll work closely with the founder and an experienced product, design, and development team to design end-to-end product experiences — from early concepts through to wireframes ready for visual design and implementation.This is not a UI-polish role, and it's not advisory. You will be designing the product experience itself.About OptiveWe build software that helps functional medicine and healthcare practitioners deliver better patient outcomes through clearer data, better insight, and more consistent follow-up care.
