Financial Planning and Analysis SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join our team.
As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial plans, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Forecast revenues and expenses, and allocate resources effectively.Financial Performance AnalysisMonitor actual financial performance against planned targets and identify variances.Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Reporting and CommunicationPublish regular financial reports and presentations to senior management and internal stakeholders.Communicate budget results, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely implementation.QualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in FP&A or a related field.Advanced English proficiency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
