Role Overview:We're seeking detail-oriented candidates with strong analytical and English comprehension skills.You'll read, summarize, and analyze complex content, validate claims through online research, and collaborate with Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve their performance.Your work will directly contribute to refining cutting-edge AI systems (like Gemini) — no prior AI experience required — a great opportunity to build expertise in the growing field of AI.What does day-to-day look like:You would spend time answering a variety of interesting analytical questions and creating scenarios that can train the LLM models to get better.Here are a couple of examples which models might get wrong and you would have to give the correct answer and explanation to enable the models to learn:You will be assisting with screening and training the others need to be Google account users (uses some combination of Gmail, Youtube, Gemini, Search, Photos) willing to use their personal accounts for this eval (can redact any personal information they are not willing to share)Requirements:Multilingual capabilities are mandatory.(English and Portuguese)Analytical Skills: Good research and analytical skillsFeedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.Creative Thinking: Creative and lateral thinking abilities.Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.Commitment: Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the contract duration overlapping US hours.Technical Setup: Desktop/Laptop set up with a good internet connection.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field.We are open to candidates who do not have a Bachelor's degree but have experience in the area.Experience writing professionally (business analysts, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, etc.)No AI experience required.Understanding of Excel and Google Suite.Proficiency in Data interpretation, Logical reasoning and Basic arithmetic is highly desirable.Perks of Freelancing With Turing:Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.Flexible working hours and remote work environment.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM companies.Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.Offer Details:Commitments Required : Availability of upto 40 hours per week is preferredEngagement type : Contractor assignment/freelancer (no medical/paid leave)Duration of contract : 2 Weeks inital pilot, could extend.This role will require some overlap with UTC-8:00 (2-5 hrs/day) America/Los_AngelesAbout Turing:Based in San Francisco, California, Turing is the world's leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a trusted partner for global enterprises deploying advanced AI systems.Turing supports customers in two ways: first, by accelerating frontier research with high-quality data, advanced training pipelines, plus top AI researchers who specialize in coding, reasoning, STEM, multilinguality, multimodality, and agents; and second, by applying that expertise to help enterprises transform AI from proof of concept into proprietary intelligence with systems that perform reliably, deliver measurable impact, and drive lasting results on the P&L
