About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Manager to lead our operations in the LATAM region.
This role focuses on resource management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and strategic growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, optimizing operational performance, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
People & Resource Management
Oversee all local resources to ensure productivity and quality.
Track and manage the hiring pipeline, ensuring timely recruitment and smooth onboarding.
Monitor attrition rates and implement proactive retention strategies.
Drive employee satisfaction through engagement programs, career development, and feedback channels.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers working with our resources.
Act as the primary liaison for client needs and service excellence.
Represent the company at local and regional events, forums, and customer meetings.
Operational Leadership & Strategic Growth
Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with corporate policies.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams for smooth cross-functional workflows.
Monitor performance metrics and provide updates to regional/global leadership.
Adapt and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives.
Financial & Market Insight Contribution
Support budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
Provide market intelligence to guide strategic decisions.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 8–12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in [relevant industry].
People Management: Proven success in team leadership, workforce planning, and retention improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong track record in building trusted client and partner relationships.
Strategic & Operational Skills: Ability to turn business objectives into actionable operational plans.
Communication: Must have fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, business management tools, and performance reporting platforms.
