Language Specialist Job DescriptionInnodata, a leading data engineering company, is leveraging advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI) technologies to help usher in the promise of AI.Our global workforce includes over 5,000 employees worldwide, supporting more than 2,000 customers across various industries.This role involves evaluating linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance in AI-generated responses, providing structured feedback on outputs, identifying errors, biases, or inconsistencies, developing high-quality content for training datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring cultural and linguistic nuances are well-represented in model training.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance in AI-generated responses.Provide structured feedback on AI outputs, identify errors, biases, or inconsistencies.Develop high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains.Collaborate with cross-functional teams of linguists, data annotators, and AI researchers.Ensure cultural and linguistic nuances are well-represented in model training.RequirementsA Master's degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Language Studies, Translation, or related field.A strong command of written and spoken language with excellent grammar and stylistic skills.Experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation preferred.An analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic issues.This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with experts, and contribute to the development of accurate and culturally sensitive AI systems.
