Set technical direction, raise engineeringquality, and ship secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment.What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities)Own solution architecture and technical roadmap for full-stack services (Go, Python, React)on AWS.Design and implement distributed systems for Fortune-500-level scale, reliability, andperformance.Productize data: build services, pipelines, and APIs that turn data into customer-facingcapabilities.Guide hands-on development, code reviews, testing strategy, and CI/CD practices.Ensure compliance, security-by-design, and auditability for regulated industries.Collaborate with Product/Data/Infra to translate business goals into technical deliverables.Mentor engineers and promote best practices and documentation.Requirements+5 years with Golang, Python (NumPy, SciPy), and React.
+5 years designing and operating AWS cloud architectures in production.
+5 years building enterprise-scale distributed systems and SaaS products.Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector).
Proficiency with Jupyter/Google Colab for analysis and prototyping.Skilled across software, data, and infrastructure layers.Advanced English (spoken and written).
Availability to work with teams in Eastern Time (ET).
