**Legal Coordinator**, Brazil
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Reviewing and assisting with the drafting of commercial agreements, affiliate agreements and third-party agreements in relation to Voxy's products and services.
- Providing time-sensitive support on an array of legal inquiries in connection with all aspects of our local and global operations
- Serving as lead counsel on strategic deals, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries
- Putting in place and actively seeking new scalable processes to support the legal department
- Managing operational risk for the legal department.
- Developing and implementing efficient and streamlined contract negotiation and vendor management processes
- Developing and maintaining standard form agreements and build processes to reduce the legal support required for these agreements
- Anticipate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws relevant to your own substantive area to provide strategic advice and foster compliance
- Support and advise the People department on contractors management.
- Ensure negotiations are conducted in line with our internal guidelines, core values and transparency.
**What we're looking for**:
- Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
- Qualified to practise law in a Brazil jurisdiction
- 3+ years experience.
- High degree of independence, initiative and decisiveness, and also to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects at once, to meet deadlines.
**Nice to have**:
- Labor law experience
