We are seeking a talented SAP Data Assurance Manager to join our team.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.As an SAP Data Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading cycles, collaborating with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Leading the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.Collaborating with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders.Coordinating and managing data conversion and data testing cycles.Ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.Oversight of data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams.Providing leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points.Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.What We OfferWe offer a range of benefits and perks, including:Professional development and constant evolution of your skills.Opportunities to work on diverse projects and collaborate with experienced professionals.A collaborative, diverse, and innovative environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.TCS Benefits – Brazil: health insurance, dental plan, life insurance, transportation vouchers, meal/food voucher, childcare assistance, Gympass, TCS Cares, partnership with SESC, reimbursement of certifications, free TCS Learning Portal, international experience opportunity, discount partnership with universities and language schools, Bring Your Buddy, TCS Gems, Xcelerate.
