Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain current credentials and licenses for medical staff members
Complete and submit enrollments with insurance carriers and follow up on application statuses
Communicate with clients and providers regarding payer enrollments and credentialing processes
Update and maintain credentialing software and CAQH profiles for accuracy
Assist team members and manage validation lists to ensure timely payment of claims
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Credentialing Specialist II or equivalent role
Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with provider payer enrollments
Familiarity with insurance carrier requirements and processes
