Financial Planning and Analysis SpecialistOur ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in budget development, financial performance analysis, and reporting.The successful applicant will be responsible for collaborating with the finance team to prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets, as well as analyzing actual financial performance against planned targets. They will also provide recommendations for improving performance and reconciling revenue and cost accounts.We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can take ownership of expense management and ensure that costs remain within budgetary limits. The ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to senior management and internal stakeholders is essential.The ideal candidate will possess a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and have strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and financial reports.
