Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your technical skills to drive business growth?We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team.About the RoleThis is a fully remote position that requires you to design, develop and implement custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.Your key responsibilities will include creating and configuring modules like ITSM, writing code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), integrating with other systems, and troubleshooting technical problems.Development and Configuration:You will be responsible for building and configuring custom applications, forms, workflows, and scripts within the ServiceNow platform.This includes using features like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.Requirements and Design:You will collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Integration:You will develop and maintain integrations with other IT systems and third-party tools using technologies like SOAP and REST web services.Maintenance and Support:You will provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage platform upgrades and patches.Testing and Quality Assurance:You will create test cases and perform quality checks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of new applications.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Script Includes, UI Actions).Hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is required.Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum is also required.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for gathering requirements and collaborating with team members.A bachelor's degree in a related field like computer science or information technology is generally required.ServiceNow Professional System Administrator certification or higher is also preferred.Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential is highly valued.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.About UsWe are a dynamic and innovative organization that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.Our mission is to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
