System Performance SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced System Performance Specialist to join our global support team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and control systems, with experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex machinery remotely.This role involves working closely with our Field Services and R&D Controls Engineering teams to ensure uptime, reliability, and continuous improvement of our control systems.You will be responsible for remotely monitoring TARGAN systems via cloud dashboards, PLC access, and on-machine interfaces.Provide real-time technical support to field technicians via Teams and other communication tools.Analyze performance data and participate in weekly global team meetings to share insights and best practices.Serve as part of the escalation process when issues impact customer operations, coordinating with internal engineering teams.Support ongoing refinement and optimization of control and electrical systems.RequirementsProven ability to troubleshoot PLCs remotely and interpret electrical schematics.Solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems, Ethernet networks, and industrial fieldbus protocols (EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, etc.).Familiarity with industrial control languages (ladder logic, structured text, function block) and HMI systems.Experience with tools such as AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and field teams.
