Minimum RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial).Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.ResponsibilitiesAbout the Job:Reporting to the Supervisor, the IC Engineer we seek shall be in charge of progress improvement of overall IC operations through Standard Work List preparation and maintenance, process and manpower study, warehouse space/storage location computation, and warehouse standard design:Warehouse calculation and maintenance.Propose and design warehouse layout.Determine manpower requirements through manpower tact time and initial calculation/issuance of SWL.Support in developing process improvements with IC Leaders.Training of newly hired KAIZEN associates and providing instructions for new processes.Prepare KAIZEN material requirements and equipment list for budget allocation.QualificationsGraduate of BS Industrial EngineeringGood Interpersonal and Communication SkillsStress and Time Management SkillsProject Planning and Good Presentation SkillsKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office and AUTOCADWith basic TIE knowledge#J-*****-Ljbffr
