OverviewBrand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional)We're building a differentiated brand in a competitive AI/SaaS market.This role is part-time freelance with a path to full-time within 12 months based on impact.What You'll DoOwn day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight ? moodboard ? concept ? production ? iteration.Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.Success MetricsEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS.Asset turnaround under 48 hours for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house).You know the category patterns and how to push creative boundaries.Exceptional taste: refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts.Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; references at your fingertips.Bold, with the ability to defend strong creative while staying coachable.Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with; low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply.Tools: Figma & WordPress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed.Bonus: light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports).Bonus Points: 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling); quick micro-motion production; understanding of performance marketing basics.Experience building componentized design systems for marketing.The OpportunityStart part-time freelance; earn your way into a full-time seat in 12 months through results.Direct access to founders; zero bureaucracy; ownership from day one.What to IncludePortfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work).For 3 highlights, add 2–3 lines on goal ? role ? outcome (metrics if possible).Short note on brands you admire in AI/ SaaS and why (2–3 bullets).Optional: a *****s Loom walking through one project.How to ApplyEmail: ******Share your LinkedIn and portfolio.If you're serious, add the optional Loom—personality matters.We move fast.The more your application stands out, the faster we'll respond.To learn more about our culture and how we work as a team, check out our Culture & Careers Page.We really can't wait to hear from youSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustries: Software DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at tl;dv - AI Meeting Assistant by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
