Para viagens ****Senior Project Manager SAP6AEASCLT – Híbrido (2x por semana)São Paulo/SPSim Habilidades: Required QualificationsSenior Project Manager, responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of projects effectively and efficiently. - Mentality focused on results, performance and value delivery. - Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies such as PMBOK, SCRUM, COBIT, PMP, LPM (Lean). - Skills in conflict resolution and crisis management; Main Activities and ResponsibilitiesIT Project Management: - Monitor the health of the portfolio in terms of financial aspects and efficiency of qualitative results; - Monitor and track project progress with project leaders, observing budget execution, scope, schedule, team capacity, project risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary; - Ensure delivery in accordance with project planning; - Organize and facilitate remote project monitoring meetings with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment. - Establish an efficient project communication mechanism with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, stakeholders and teams; - Resolve conflicts and manage crisis situations proactively and assertively; - Experience working with the client's team and other suppliers. Capacity of working in high pressure contexts. Good disposition and ability to handle client's demands.
