Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Specialist to support the analysis, testing and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform.This hybrid role requires an individual who can gather and document business requirements as well as develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality solutions.We need someone able to work in fast-paced environments often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements and process improvements.Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Develop execute and maintain test cases and scripts for functional regression and integration testing.Identify document and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:• 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules preferred)• Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) testing methodologies and business analysis best practices• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesServiceNow Certified System Administrator a plusBenefits:This position offers competitive hourly rates between $104 USD per hour and $130.88 USD per hour depending on the level of expertise and experience.
