Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to lead the transition from legacy systems to Infor LN Cloud Edition globally.This includes Brazil, where you will be responsible for gathering information from Portuguese-speaking SMEs and incumbent teams, and sharing it with our team in English.Responsibilities include developing process and solution understanding documentation in English, serving as a liaison between Brazil-based teams and India-based teams, and providing initial support for Infor LN Cloud Edition.Key Responsibilities:Lead the knowledge transition by gathering information from experts and sharing it with the team.Develop detailed documentation on processes and solutions.Facilitate communication between Brazil-based and India-based teams.Provide AMS support and help establish service stability post go-live.Required Skills:Fluency in both Portuguese and English.Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Infor LN.Knowledge of configuring and managing Brazil localization packages within ERP systems.Strong understanding of Nota Fiscal processes.
