Job TitleWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Language Specialist.This role is a key part of our mission to develop and enhance Large Language Models (LLMs) through the evaluation of prompts, rating AI-generated outputs, and creating high-quality content.The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance of AI systems used by global technology leaders.Key responsibilities include:Evaluating prompts and responses generated by AI models for linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance.Serving as a rater by providing structured feedback on AI outputs, identifying errors, biases, or inconsistencies.Developing, editing, and curating high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains.Collaborating with cross-functional teams of linguists, data annotators, and AI researchers.Qualifications and SkillsA Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Studies, Translation, or a related field.A strong command of written and spoken language with excellent grammar and stylistic skills.Experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation is preferred.An analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle linguistic issues.
