Job Title:Solution Architect About the Role: As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial part in our company's growth and success.
Your role will be to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively, while also contributing to the creation of proposals for service improvement plans.
You will work closely with our team to resolve tickets and ensure that our agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Additionally, you will provide support for on-call escalations and L3 level support, as well as incident and problem management.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
You should also have proven experience as a DevOps Reliability Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is essential, as well as proficiency in DevOps tools and practices.
Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and Terraform for infrastructure as code is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills are also required.
Language proficiency in Portuguese and English is necessary.
