Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Paid Media team.This is a full-time, remote position for professionals based in Brazil.Key Responsibilities:Create, manage, and optimize Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).Collaborate closely with our Account Management team to ensure client success through data-driven strategy and precise execution.Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for a variety of clients.Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure KPIs and goals are met.Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.Provide strategic input to improve overall account performance and growth.Requirements include:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, and/or Performance Max campaigns.Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and reporting tools.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
