Job DescriptionDevelop scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure for large-scale data platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence, enhance DevOps operations, and continuously evolve platform reliability, performance, and security.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.Lead and own DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline management, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration.Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve existing systems.Ensure disaster recovery readiness and compliance with security best practices.Manage and optimize AWS services (S3, RDS, EventBridge, SQS, IAM, VPC, ECR, etc.).Deploy and manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and Docker images in production environments.Required Skills and Qualifications8+ years of professional experience in functional programming, with Node.js / JavaScript.Proven experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native environments.Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.Expertise with AWS (S3, RDS, EventBridge, SQS, DMS, Security Groups, IAM, VPCs, ECR).Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.Familiarity with Terraform (infrastructure as code).Solid understanding of application security and use of security tools.Strong debugging, issue resolution, and troubleshooting skills.BenefitsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.Pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and craftsmanship.
