We specialize in LLCs, S-Corps, tax compliance, bookkeeping, and Virtual CFO services for both foreign-owned U.S. entities and traditional American clients.We're growing fast and need an experienced, detail-oriented accounting and tax professional who loves solving complex cross-border puzzles and delivering peace of mind to clients.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file U.S. federal (and some state) tax returns for:- Single-member & multi-member LLCs (Form ****, Schedule K-1)- S-Corporations (Form ****-S, K-1s)- Foreign-owned U.S. disregarded entities and corporations (Form ****, ****)- U.S. individual tax returns (Form ****, ****-NR for non-residents)Manage monthly/quarterly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation using QuickBooks OnlineOversee payroll compliance when applicableAdvise clients (in Spanish, Portuguese, or English) on tax-saving strategies, entity structuring, BOI reporting (FinCEN), and compliance timelinesReview and correct client-provided records, flag red flags, and ensure data accuracyCollaborate with U.S.-based CPAs/Enrolled Agents on complex cases while owning day-to-day executionQualifications3+ years of recent U.S. tax preparation experience with partnerships, S-Corps, and individualsPractical experience with foreign-owned U.S. entities (Form ****, ****) is a strong plusSolid background preparing Form **** for U.S. citizens/residentsMastery of QuickBooks Online (QBO)Advanced Excel skills and ability to build models or schedulesFluency inSpanish,English, andPortugueseYou'll Thrive Here If You Are...Extremely organized and deadline-drivenGreat at simplifying complex tax concepts across different languagesCurious about cross-border legal and tax structuresComfortable working remotely and independentlyProactive – you spot problems before the IRS doesCompensation & Benefits??
