Data Insights Strategist

Empowering businesses and individuals globally requires innovative solutions.About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Intelligence initiatives.This strategic thinker will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, informing key business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying relevant data sources.Cleanse and refine data to create comprehensive Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.Present findings and gather feedback from stakeholders on the final product.Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication of insights.Develop and deliver technical training programs.Maintain and document operational environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.Manage SQL Server Stored Procedures and queries, optimizing database architecture for efficient data retrieval.Requirements:A minimum of three years of experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions, analyzing, and visualizing complex data sets.Strong understanding of Tableau administration, including licensing, security, deployment, and configuration.Proven skills in modeling relational data, with expertise in ETL processes using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies.Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server, a plus.Advanced English proficiency.
