We are looking for an analytical-minded person ready to dive into data to assist the department as an additional layer of support.We're looking for someone who is driven, independent, and clever in their problem-solving approach.The main responsibility will be focused on taking lead on analysis (including dashboarding and beginner to intermediate statistical and econometric analysis), providing insight and strategy to help achieve goals.This role requires a strong communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences, with a knack for finding business value out of insight.This position will work cross-departmentally within the company.This employee will report directly to the Director of Business Analytics.**Responsibilities**:- Own dashboarding, beginner to intermediate modeling & forecasting, data QC and data shaping, template buildouts, adhoc projects, and automation opportunities.- Ability to see a problem and solve a problem; Will coordinate directly with Data Engineering, in addition to others and serve as a liaison between departments and primary point of contact on related collaborative projects.- Strategize with clients, analysts, and department leaders to identify gaps in projected vs actual performance and get to the "what", "why", and "where we go from here"- Provide support with training/on-boarding initiatives for Analysis, tools, and directional learning.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree (Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics (or other quantitative focus)- PowerBI - Dashboard development, wireframing, tip-to-tail development; should be a strong storyteller through visualization tools.Looker experience a plus.- SQL - Intermediate user; Will be supported by data engineering, but should be able to run and troubleshoot complex queries without assistance of external resources- Microsoft Excel - Advanced Pivot Tables/Formulas; PowerPivot/PowerQuery a plus- Python/R - Basic familiarity with programming languages preferred but not required- Predictive Modeling - Regression, Decision Trees, Clustering experience a major plus- Must be organized individual with ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, work independently and collaboratively, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders- Must be able to communicate highly technical findings and project progress effectively with both technical and & non-technical stakeholders including the Senior Leadership team; client-facing experience a plus- Must have a passion for intuitively using data and strong critical thinking skills to solve business problems**Company Benefits**:- Competitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based salary increases.- Generous paid-time-off policy- Flexible working hours- Work remotely- Continuing education, training, conferences- Company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certificationsBeing a consultant in our team is a fun, challenging, and rewarding career choice.Your contributions are highly valued by clients, and the work you do often has a direct and significant impact on their business.You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for our incredible clients, which will accelerate your career growth.You'll collaborate with modern technologies and work alongside some of the best professionals in the industryIf you're eager to be part of an exciting, challenging, and rapidly growing consultancy, we encourage you to apply.#LI-Remote
