Procurement Operations Analyst

This role is key in submitting purchasing requests through iProcurement and monitoring the ticket through the system until a PO is assigned. The analyst will work closely with IT managers/requestors, members of the Vendor Management Team, and members of the FP&A Team to gather information for each request and see it through to the end. The ITBO Analyst will also be responsible for assisting with updating the team agenda on a daily basis and attending the ITBO team meeting each Monday, as well as the ITBO/Vendor Mgmt Team meeting each Tuesday. The ITBO Analyst will also assist with engaging NetNet (a third party company that reviews software/maintenance/hardware quotes and negotiates a better deal on behalf of InComm) on various quotes.ResponsibilitiesAssist in submitting purchasing requests through iProcurementTracking iProc tickets as they go through the approval processAssist in updating the ITBO agenda and attending the weekly team meetingsAssist in the engagement of Net(net) by keeping up with the tracker and keeping the email conversations going until a final decision is madeRequirementsBachelor's in business administration or equivalent experience in operational processes and procedures.Ability to communicate with both within the IT department and outside the IT department and gather information needed for or follow up on purchasing requests.Strong analytical skills preferred.Experience in iProcurement is a plus.Proficiency in the use of tools such as Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat ProMust be self-motivated, have the ability to prioritize effectively and not shy away to seek guidance when blocked on a task.Excellent oral and written communicationAbility to work with a wide range of teams across the companyBenefits:R$340 home office allowanceR$1,150 meal/food allowance (VR/VA)10% annual bonusSulAmérica health/dental planLife insuranceHardware provided100% remoteEducational supportApply today and help us build a future of seamless, high-quality software systems.
