**About the team**:
The User Growth team is a collaborative group of professionals working towards the goal of driving customer acquisition and engagement.
Our team includes members with diverse backgrounds and expertise, covering three main areas: Data, Product Experiences & Features, and Content & Performance Marketing.
Our team works tirelessly to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for growth.
Focusing on the development of customer insights and using data to help guide our strategic decision-making.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for product improvement and feature development that drive user growth and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and engineering, to execute on product improvements and new feature development
- Analyze user data to understand customer behavior and identify trends and opportunities for user growth and engagement
- Develop and execute effective growth marketing strategies, including influencer marketing campaigns, referral programs, and growth hacking activities to drive user acquisition and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to product development, data analysis, and growth marketing
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, marketing or related field
- Experience in growth marketing, product development, data analysis, or related field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with rapidly changing priorities and with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time
