The ideal candidate will be responsible for certify that all Accounts Payables are registered on time and accurately, be the point of contact for questions regarding our travel system – Concur, manage traffic fines incurred by employees using company-leased vehicles, and purchase office supplies.Key Responsibilities:- Register all Accounts Payables invoices and administrative documents in the system:- Making sure the taxes are registered according to each type of invoice.Including retention of taxes on services invoices, and recoverable taxes on many different types (rental, costs, transportation).- Register the expenses and costs choosing the accounts through the available chart.Take in consideration the yearly budget vs. amounts booked.- Select the proper department to allocate every invoice.- Manage different sources of invoices information (suppliers' website, e-mail, people within the organization...)- Make sure the authorization rule matrix is followed on the approvals.- Perform the purchase of office supplies.- Appropriate monthly expenses and insurances.- Oversee supplier advances, track goods and services delivery, and confirm the final invoice is recorded in the system.- Month-end analysis of expenses and costs.Check the trend and the comparison with the budget.- Operational approval of travel plans from employees.Checking the accounting and integration of it (between Concur and SAP).Give the support to the local team about how to use the travel system and clarify their questions.Required:- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accountant or other related areas.- Advanced English skills.- Advanced Excel skills.- Well organized person.- Knowledge of Brazilian indirect taxes and Brazilian local invoices content.- Experience working in accounts payable/receivable, taxes reconciliation or accounting position.Desirable:- Experience working with SAP B1.- Speak Spanish (intermediate level).To get to know more about part of our Culture and Values, you can take a look at this video that represents very well how Diversity is important at SSAB: YFv?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop
