Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Financial Expert to join our team as a strategic business partner.This individual will play a critical role in supporting complex enterprise environments, providing expertise across multiple financial modules including Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, and Assets.Key Responsibilities:Act as a senior functional lead, advising on best practices and process harmonization within Oracle Cloud Financials.Ensure service excellence across multiple geographies, meeting compliance and performance standards.Coordinate global month-end close and reporting processes.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to process governance.Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience within Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud.Hands-on experience and knowledge of core Oracle Financial modules, including Localizations for Brazil.Excellent understanding of Financial Reporting requirements and practices.Excellent communication skills and ability to speak in both Portuguese and English.Committed team player who is willing to share, learn and support fellow team members.Ability to be proactive and take initiative.Benefits:At our organization, you'll be part of a high-performance environment that values collaboration, ownership, and excellence.Work alongside experts in AI, Business Agility, and Enterprise Transformation to shape the future of digital consulting.Other Requirements:Finance/Accounting background is ideal.English Mandatory.
