Job Title: Cloud Operations EngineerAbout This RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing scalable and highly available cloud-based solutions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and resolve production and non-production issues within set service level agreements.Identify the severity level of customer-impacting issues and respond accordingly.Investigate system logs to resolve production issues and restore services.Provide root cause analysis and recommendations for production issues to prevent recurrence.Regularly communicate incident and request status to impacted teams.Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot new software versions in production and non-production environments.Identify trends in reported issues and suggest possible solutions.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure.Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.In addition, we provide a collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
