Business Analyst Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), writing and optimizing SQL queries, and working with technical and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient analytical solutions.The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with Power BI, solid knowledge in SQL, and previous technical experience in IT/Development.Additionally, they should have experience with Palantir Foundry or Databricks, and be able to work effectively with data integration and manipulation on these platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop Interactive Dashboards and Reports: Use Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights and analysis to stakeholders.Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL): Perform ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into databases and data warehouses.SQL Query Writing and Optimization: Write and optimize SQL queries to manipulate and analyze large volumes of data.Technical and Business Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient analytical solutions.Data Integration and Manipulation: Work with data integration and manipulation on platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Databricks.Required Skills and Qualifications:Advanced Experience with Power BI: Must have advanced experience with Power BI, including modeling, DAX, and reporting.Solid Knowledge in SQL: Must have solid knowledge in SQL, including complex queries and performance optimization.Previous Technical Experience in IT/Development: Must have previous technical experience in IT/Development, with good programming logic.Experience with Palantir Foundry or Databricks: Must have experience with Palantir Foundry or Databricks, and be able to work effectively with data integration and manipulation on these platforms.Benefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health plan, dental plan, life insurance, transportation voucher, meal/food voucher, daycare assistance, Gympass, TCS Cares, partnership with SESC, certification reimbursement, TCS Free Learning Portal, opportunity for international experience, discount partnership with universities and language schools, bring your buddy program, TCS Gems, and Xcelerate.
