If you're not in SP, you need to be able to relocate.We are looking for a(Sr.)Strategy & Operations Directorto play a key role in shaping and scaling patient care operations for a fast-growing digital health company (Series C). You'll be responsible for defining what patient care means at scale, leading a rapidly expanding team, and ensuring operational excellence as we grow rapidly within a year. The position reports to the Global Director.This is a hands-on leadership role for abuilder-- someone who thrives on designing systems from scratch and solving complex problems in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.Core Responsibilities:Strategic PlanningDefine and implement patient care strategy across multiple health categoriesBalance proactive vs. reactive care approachesDesign and scale new servicesDrive operational excellence, scalability, and reliability across all touchpoints.Team LeadershipLead and scale a high-performing operations team (70 ? 250+)Hire, onboard, and develop new team membersDrive performance management and uphold quality standardsTechnology & Product CollaborationPartner with central product and tech teams to improve efficiencyIdentify, scope, and prioritize operational challengesChampion tech-enabled solutions that reduce linear staff growth--Note: We carefully review all the applicants and cannot give individual feedbacks given the high demand.
